You can request a refund from BoostGG in the following cases:

We are unable to fulfill the service according to agreed terms.
Your service has not yet begun and you would like to cancel it
In case your order is in progress and you would like to cancel it, you are eligible for a partial refund.

The rules and regulations of refund procedures are presented below.

We only consider requests within 48 hours. It takes between 1 and 14 business days to transfer the money back. The exact time depends on the particular payment systems. BoostGG can not influence this process.

No commission is applied to refunds.
